A silent retreat at Mount Madonna Center, a beautiful, peaceful mountaintop retreat center located in the Santa Cruz mountains. This retreat will be an opportunity to take a deep dive into being, sitting in stillness and silence, and sharing with others from presence.

We will explore the freedom of being through both guided and silent periods of meditation, group discussions, and talks with opportunities for Q and A. We will enjoy three delicious vegetarian meals per day and have time to explore the beautiful nature of the retreat center, including redwood forest trails and expansive views of Monterey Bay. All participants are asked to maintain silence (except during group sessions) and to refrain from using phones, electronic devices and books throughout the retreat. The silence allows for each of us to settle deeply into our own being, to be with the natural tendencies of the mind and return home to our true nature.
