Healing with Sound

Guided by Fehrunnisa and Junayad Moore, restore body, mind, and spirit to a natural state of integrated wholeness through this special healing with sound class for Mountain Experience day visitors and Personal Retreat and other registered overnight guests | 2:30 – 3:45 p.m.

In this experiential class we will unite Himalayan singing bowls with vocal toning, which involves using your breath and sound in a directed way to settle and “tune” your whole self. You can expect to feel a sense of being restored to a natural state of integrated wholeness. This sound healing is especially beneficial if you are desiring balance, respite, and support during times of stress or seeking inner peace during life transitions or a time of change.
