A Day of Exploration and Personal Wellness

Design your own personal getaway through a Mountain Experience day visit! Take time out from your normal daily life to let the energy of the mountain help to restore stillness and balance within. The land offers a number of ecotherapy opportunities, including special spots for meditating or “forest bathing” and miles of beautiful walking or jogging trails through redwood forests and rolling meadows with magical viewing points.

Mountain Experience day visits are available on most Saturdays and select Sundays and holidays. This reservation includes a scheduled guided walk and Classical Ashtanga Yoga (eight-limbed path) class, leisure time, general access to the Center and Temple grounds, as well as two nourishing vegetarian meals that can be enjoyed in our spacious community dining room or on the outdoor decks overlooking the lovely Pajaro Valley and Monterey Bay.
