Mount Madonna Special Guests

This is the program shell used to register and assign housing for Guests of Residents. A registration for each guest must be made manually via Quick Add Reg.

LODGING: A special lodging type (“Special Guest”) has been created for this purpose, and is the only option you can select for this program.

COST: The per person per night cost for this type of registration ranges – consult the Special Rates sheet or the Registrar, Manager, or Director if you have questions.

PAYMENTS: are made directly by the guest or resident, unless their charges are comped (100% discount), or being paid for by another area.

MEALS: Are added to the Meal Report automatically when guests are registered this way.

REG NOTES: Add info to the “REG Notes” field to explain the context of their stay / why they fall into the “Special Guests” category. (e.g.: what area or person is “hosting” them, what’s the purpose of their visit, and/or any info about who approved a comp if the guest isn’t supposed to pay.)
