Kaya Kalpa Day Pass

This is the program shell used to register guests for the Kaya Kalpa day pass.

Guests are registered here by KK Staff (currently Brenna), using Quick Add Reg, for all guests who purchase a KK Day Pass through KK (in Acuity).

**Once the registration is created, the meal that they have selected must be added in the “Meals” section on the bottom left. Using “Custom Rules”, check the box of their selected meal on Day 1 and save. Add “Kaya Kalpa” to Reg Note on each registration.

Process: KKWC admin will run a monthly report of all of the charges that KKWC owes to MM (from this Day Pass program + Commuting Staff) and submit those to Finance (John) to cut a check. Finance/John will report back with the check number and date so that Brenna/KK Admin can log those in RG and zero the balances out.

(Open each Registration with a balance due, go to the Transaction section, Choose “Other” under “Add a Payment”, and enter “Payment from KK” in the Description field, fund method = “Check”, enter the correct date (check date), and in the Comments field, add “Check #: xx”.)
