This online retreat presents a full set of teachings for Mahamudra. The practice of Mahamudra, or Great Seal, originated in Northern India in the 8th century. From India, the Mahamudra teachings were transmitted to Tibet and from Tibet into the rest of the world.  At the heart of the Mahamudra tradition is the intention to support all beings to recognize their own inherent Enlightened Awareness.
