This Advanced Mahamudra online retreat is designed for students who already have familiarity with Awakened Awareness and who are practicing with a basic understanding of the Four Yogas of Mahamudra.

The advanced Mahamudra teachings focus on stabilizing Awakened Awareness “at all times and all situations”.

As Tashi Namgyal says in Clarifying the Natural State:

“Since mindfulness is the watchman or heart of your meditation practice, never forsake it, not only during sessions, but also train in keeping constant company by reminding yourself of the natural state at all times and in all situations.”

Therefore, this advanced retreat provides the student with a detailed set of instructions to develop and nurture Awakened Awareness both on and off the cushion using the key of Radiance.
